PRIVACY POLICY VINCCI OSLO AS
This Privacy Policy was updated on March 27, 2019. Vincci Oslo AS (Vincci) focuses on safeguarding and protecting the privacy of our customers. We process personal data in accordance with the current legislation, including the Personal Data Act and the Personal Data Regulations. Personal data is any information and assessment about an identified or identifiable natural person (GDPR Article 4 no. 1). Typical personal data includes name, address, phone number, email, and national identity number. This privacy policy describes what personal data we receive and collect when you order and use services from Vincci, as well as what we do to protect the personal data. 1. DATA CONTROLLER
Vincci is responsible for the processing of personal data in connection with all services provided by Vincci. 2. OUR USE OF PERSONAL DATA
2.1 Registration and collection of personal data
Vincci processes the personal data you provide when you register with us and information you voluntarily provide, for example, information about name, address, email address, mobile number, and account number/card number. In addition, Vincci continuously collects and processes information about your customer relationship with us, for example, information about which goods you purchase.
2.2 What personal data is used for
We use personal data to manage the customer relationship, complete deliveries, and invoice your purchases. We may also use personal data to tailor the content we offer to your interests, analyze consumption/market trends, and improve our services.
2.3 USE OF COOKIES
On www.vincci.no, cookies are used to make www.vincci.no more user-friendly. Cookies are small text files stored on your computer, phone, or tablet when you visit a website. Cookies help the website remember your settings (e.g., username, language, text size, and other preferences) for a certain period. 2.4 USE OF FACEBOOK PIXEL: TRACKING ON FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, AND MESSENGER
Facebook owns Instagram, Messenger, Instant Articles, and Audience Network, and the use of Facebook pixel therefore also covers these channels. A Facebook pixel is a plug-in or software located on our website that collects information for Facebook. The pixel collects information from the cookies in your browser and sends this back to Facebook where the information is collected with data from your Facebook profile. Information collected may be related to your user behavior (demographic data such as age, gender, interests) or actions you perform such as clicking on links. The information is only available at an anonymized and aggregated level. If Vincci uses this tool, information about the user's rights will be clearly stated in the advertisement where the user voluntarily provides personal data. We store personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and at all times have measures in place to ensure the requirements for confidentiality, availability, and integrity. Your personal data will only be stored as long as Vincci has a legitimate need for it, and in any case no longer than what is required by current legislation. When Vincci no longer has a legitimate need to store personal data, the data will be deleted or anonymized.
6. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA – CONFIDENTIALITY
We will not disclose personal data concerning you or anyone in the same household to external parties, except when the disclosure of personal data occurs: With the consent of the person concerned, With legal authority or regulations issued pursuant to law, By order from a court or other authority, or As part of debt collection, etc., where there are legitimate reasons. The duty of confidentiality does not, however, prevent Vincci from making the aforementioned personal data available to companies that, by agreement with Vincci, manage the technical or administrative operation of our services. When we provide personal data to companies as mentioned here, we ensure that these third parties comply with Vincci's requirements for the processing and use of personal data and current legislation.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right at any time to access the information Vincci has registered about you. You can also request the rectification and deletion of personal data in accordance with applicable legislation.
