I've seen a product on Instagram / Facebook, but I can't find it on Vincci.no. Can I buy it through the online store?

We do our best to keep the online store updated. We take all photos ourselves, which unfortunately can mean that new arrivals appear in physical stores faster than online. However, we remind you that you can shop with us via phone/Instagram and Vipps business, which is just as easy, safe, and free of charge.

I can't find my size in the online store, do you have it in the physical store?

Our online store shares the same stock as our physical store, and if a size is sold out in our online store, it is unfortunately also sold out in our physical store.

Call list

At Vincci, we maintain a call list. If a product is sold out or pending, we can add your name and phone number and notify you as soon as the item arrives in the store. This is not a waiting list, and we do not reserve the item – we only send a text message notifying you that the item has arrived. You are responsible for contacting us yourself if you wish to purchase the product.

What payment methods are available?

Vincci offers payment with VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, VIPPS, and KLARNA through our online store. The same applies in our physical store, except for KLARNA.

Do I need an account to order?

Creating an account is entirely optional, and you can shop with us as a guest. The advantage of having a profile is that you can keep track of your orders and save addresses and other information.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Once the order has been shipped, the only option will be to exercise your right of withdrawal. Should you have any inquiries before then, you can contact us at 916 11 920 / 22 41 03 00, or send an email to nettbutikk@vincci.no. We will naturally do our best to ensure your satisfaction.

What are the shipping costs?

All orders over 5000 NOK are shipped free of charge. If the purchase is under 5000 NOK, shipping costs 179 NOK.

How long does it take before I receive my order?

It will vary a bit based on which day you place the order. With DHL, we estimate 1 – 3 business days. All orders received before 3:00 PM will be sent the same day.

We naturally do our best to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, situations may arise where an item is out of stock. You will naturally be notified of this as soon as possible, and your account will not be charged.

How do I track an order?

You will receive a tracking number via SMS as soon as it is available from DHL.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship within Norway.

Can I exchange for a different size or item?

All items purchased in our online store can be exchanged for other sizes or items within 14 days from the date of delivery. Exceptions include earrings or underwear/swimwear. For hygiene reasons, these categories cannot be exchanged.

Please note that during our sale periods it is not possible to return an item and then repurchase the same item at an adjusted, lower price. This is to ensure fairness and equal terms for all our customers.

How do I exchange an item?

To ensure the item you want is not sold out, please make a new purchase for the product you wish to exchange for. As soon as we receive the item to be returned, the amount will be refunded.

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Can I exchange in-store?

We also exchange online purchases in-store, provided we have the size or item you want. This must be done within 14 days of the item being picked up or delivered to the store.

How do I return an item?

If you have received an item that is the wrong size or not quite as expected, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date the item was delivered or picked up in store. The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

You have 3 return options:

  1. Personal return to our store at Akersgata 20, 0158 Oslo.
  2. Use our return link at https://vincci.no/retur/. After registration, you will receive a return label with DHL. A return fee of 179 NOK will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  3. Send the return on your own. It is recommended to use tracking, and we ask that the tracking number be shared with us. If you choose to send without tracking, please inform us. The responsibility for the product rests with you until it is received by us.

Click and Collect

Once your Click and Collect order is ready for pickup at Vincci, the item will be reserved for 24 hours. If you are unable to pick it up within 24 hours, you can change your order on "my page" on our website.

Complaints and design changes

In accordance with the Consumer Purchases Act, you have rights in case of defects or deficiencies in the product. Vincci is committed to complying with the law and we go to great lengths to find good solutions in case of a defect or deficiency in a product.

We also point out that changes made to the product after purchase, such as resoling shoes or tailoring garments, may affect the product's original condition and thus the right to complain. Modifications not approved in writing by Vincci, may result in the right to complain being limited or revoked.

Assortment

Vincci reserves the right to make changes in its stock and has the right to remove items from stock until the purchase has gone through and been approved. We reserve the right that items in stock may sell out.

Vincci reserves the right for any errors in texts on this website. We also do not guarantee that all images exactly show the products' appearance. Vincci reserves the right to change prices and correct any errors in prices.
