The Maysale was first produced in 1991 for Isaac Mizrahi's catwalk collection, after Mizrahi contacted Blahnik with a request to create a model with a pilgrim buckle.
Blahnik came up with a perfect silhouette, which today is one of the brand's most iconic shoe models.
